• Mushroom, diced - 500g
• President Unsalted Butter - 4 tbsp
• Onion, diced - 1 cup
• Celery stalks, peeled and diced - 2
• Coriander powder - 1 tsp
• Cumin powder - 1 tsp
• Chicken stock - 6 cups
• President Cooking Cream - 1 cup
• President Brie Cheese - 220g
• Green onion, thinly sliced - 1 cup
• Salt - 1 tsp
• Black pepper - 1 tsp
• In a saucepan, melt President Unsalted Butter over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Cook for 10 minutes until the vegetables become tender.
• Add the coriander and cumin, and mix well.
• Add chicken stock to the vegetables and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
• Blend the mixture using a hand blender.
• Add President Cooking Cream and President Brie Cheese.
• Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onion.
