Meatball Lasagna Roll-ups

Ingredients:

For the Filling
• President Cream Cheese - 180 g
• President Shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Pepper – ½ tsp

For the Roll-ups
• Lasagna strips x 4
• Tomato sauce - 1 cup
• Minced garlic clove x 1
• Dried oregano – ½ tsp
• Salt - ½ tsp
• Dried basil - ½ tsp
• Meatballs Fully cooked x 8
• President Shredded Mozzarella Cheese – ¾ cup
• Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation:

• Preheat oven to 180°c.
• To prepare the filling: Mix the President Cream Cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl and keep aside.
• Boil lasagna strips according the pack instructions.
• Heat the tomato sauce in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, oregano, salt and basil and mix well. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
• Pour ¾ of the tomato sauce in a baking dish.
• To prepare the lasagna rolls: Spread the cheese mixture on lasagna strips.
• Place 2 meatballs in each lasagna sheet and roll tightly. Arrange in the baking dish.
• Top with the remaining tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
• Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
• Garnish with chopped basil.
• Serve!

• 1 cup = 240 ml or 240 g (approx.)
