Chicken Soup with President Shredded Mozzarella Cheese






• Chicken breast - 600g
• President Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 2 cups
• Onion, finely chopped - 1 cup
• Parsley, finely chopped - 1 cup
• President Cooking Cream - 1 cup
• President Unsalted Butter - 2 tbsp
• Salt - 2 tsp
• White pepper - 1 tsp
• Flour - ½ cup


• Put the chicken in a pot and cover it with water. Boil over medium heat until well-cooked. Reserve the chicken broth.
• In another pot, fry the chopped onion and parsley with President Unsalted Butter until tender. Then add the flour and stir well.
• Gradually add the chicken broth and keep stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth.
• Season the mixture with salt and white pepper. Add President Cooking Cream and President Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
• Enjoy a delicious Iftar with your family!
