Cheesy Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

• Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless - 4
• Olive oil - ½ cup
• Vinegar - ¼ cup
• Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
• Garlic cloves, minced - 2
• White bread, chopped into cubes - 6 slices
• Lettuce leaves, roughly chopped - 2 cups
• President Mozzarella & Emmental Shredded Cheese - 1 cup

For the dressing:
• Garlic cloves - 2
• Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp
• Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
• Olive oil - ½ cup
• Salt and pepper

Preparation:

• In a small bowl, mix olive oil with vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic. Season with salt and whisk to combine.
• Pour this marinade over the chicken breasts in a pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
• Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
• Grill the chicken breasts for 10 minutes on each side. Let them cool, and then cut into thin slices.
• Brush the bread pieces with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
• For the dressing, put garlic, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
• In a large bowl, add the lettuce, chicken and grilled bread. Pour the dressing and toss to coat.
• Top it with President Mozzarella & Emmental Shredded Cheese.
• Enjoy a delicious Iftar with your family!
