Baked Pasta Cheesecake with President Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients:

• Cannelloni pasta - 500g
• Minced meat - 500g
• Onion, diced - 1
• Garlic cloves, minced - 2
• Salt - 1 tbsp
• Allspice - 1 tbsp
• Cinnamon powder - 1 tbsp
• Pomegranate molasses - 1 tbsp
• Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
• President Unsalted Butter - 2 tbsp
• President Mozzarella Cheese, shredded - 1 cup

Preparation:

• Preheat the oven to 200°C.
• Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
• Melt one tablespoon of President Unsalted Butter and cook the meat for 10 minutes or until brown.
• Add the garlic, allspice, cinnamon, and pomegranate molasses. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
• Add the tomato paste and simmer for 20 minutes or until thick.
• Grease a 22-cm pan with President Unsalted Butter.
• Mix the cooked pasta with half a cup of shredded President Mozzarella Cheese.
• Line the pasta tubes standing into the greased pan and then pack them tightly.
• Pour the meat mixture on top of the pasta.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded President Mozzarella Cheese all over it. Bake again for 10 minutes.
• Enjoy a delicious Iftar with your family!

• 1 cup = 240 ml or 240 g (approx.)
